FAQ's

The strongest current code is whatever appears at the top of the coupon list on this page, since offers rotate often. Compare the listed codes against your cart total before checkout to see which one saves the most.
Active offers are collected on this page and refreshed as new ones appear. Check the list right before you buy, because a code that worked last week may already have been replaced.
Add your sets to the cart, then enter the code in the discount field on the checkout page and apply it. Confirm the reduced total appears before you submit payment, since codes typed after payment cannot be applied.
Most codes carry an expiry date shown in the terms listed alongside each offer. Treat any code without a visible end date as likely short-lived and use it soon after you find it.
Check the spelling, the expiry date, and whether the code excludes certain sets or collections. If it still fails, try another code from this page or contact Lumibricks support for help.
Some codes apply only above a set spend threshold, which is normally stated with the offer. Check the terms on the code itself before assuming your cart qualifies.
Shoppers typically find that only one code applies per order, though this depends on the terms attached to each offer. Test your preferred code at checkout and keep the one that reduces your total the most.
New shoppers can join the rewards program to earn sign-up points and member perks. Newsletter subscribers also receive a welcome code, so signing up before your first order is worthwhile.
No student or military discount program is listed among the brand's published offers. Shoppers in those groups should watch the rewards program and this page for available codes instead.
The brand has published Black Friday shopping guides, so seasonal promotions do run around that period. Check this page during the sale window for the codes tied to those events.
Some codes exclude discounted sets while others apply to the full cart, and the terms with each offer usually say which. Read the conditions before checkout so you know what to expect.
Savings vary by code, with newsletter signup offers and seasonal promotions generally giving the largest reductions. Compare every live code on this page against your cart to find your best total.
Compatibility is a common question among builders, and the brand publishes a full guide on the topic. Check that guide before mixing Lumibricks pieces with bricks from another manufacturer.
Collections include Steampunk World, The Old West, Cyberpunk Neoncity, Middle Ages, Town Life, Street Fusion, Retro House, Farm Life, and Road Trip. Each theme groups multiple sets, so you can build out a full display.
Bestselling sets include the Izakaya, Game Stack, Luna Cottage, Midnight Haunted Mansion, and Neon Tech Tower. Availability shifts over time, so check the best sellers section for what is currently in stock.
Yes, the Train Station is part of a range built around integrated light kits rather than bricks alone. That combination of lighting and construction is the brand's defining feature.
The support section includes a replacement parts option for missing or damaged pieces. Have your order details ready when you submit a request so the team can match the correct component.
Sets are covered by a 2-year limited warranty. Keep your order confirmation, since proof of purchase is normally needed when making a warranty claim.
Orders usually ship within 48 hours, and the brand delivers worldwide. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your destination and local customs handling.
Yes, the site has a track your order page where you can follow your shipment. Enter your order details there to see the latest status from dispatch to delivery.
The rewards program gives members points and perks, including 100 points for signing up. Points can be collected across orders, which suits builders who buy multiple sets.
Instruction PDFs are available through the support section of the site. Download the file for your specific set number if the printed booklet is missing or hard to read.
